Our local Shrine Centers (chapters) around the world have thousands of activity-based clubs, units and events that provide ways for members to connect with each other in a fun environment. Shriners Children's and Shriners International are looking for a full-time Email Marketing Manager to join the Marketing and Communications team based out of Tampa, FL. The Salesforce Marketing Cloud Manager will work closely with the Chief Marketing Officer and Digital Marketing Director to provide strategic guidance and implementation expertise for a growing Salesforce suite.
This position is classified as a hybrid remote position. Hybrid remote positions will occasionally need to attend onsite meetings and training, or participate in on-location event support.
Key initiatives included: establish workflow processes and procedures, build customer journeys, development of reporting standards, analyze campaign performance and leverage automation to improve efficiency.
Position responsibilities include serving as platform specialist for SFMC to guide strategy and implementation for an enterprise wide, multi-business unit configuration; establishing best practices and processes, including support, email template development, journey planning and development, campaign management, brand standardization and technical execution; and troubleshooting and solving complex problems, including investigation, analysis, testing, and deployment.
This position will provide support and oversight for each hospital marketing and communication team to support the execution of campaigns, monitor engagement and establish best practices within Salesforce Marketing Cloud. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, strategic thinking and acute technical abilities.
The ideal candidate will have 2 years of Salesforce Marketing Cloud/Exact Target experience and a Bachelor's Degree in a related field (Digital Marketing, Marketing and Communications, Information Technology Management). Salesforce Marketing Cloud Certification would be a plus. Technical areas of note for this position are experience in all facets of Salesforce Marketing Cloud. (Journey Builder, Email Studio, Web Studio, and Content Builder); understanding of Salesforce CRM configurations to ensure SFMC and SFCRM data can sync and advanced ability with responsive HTML and CSS.
