Job Overview

Shriners Hospitals for Children and Shriners International are looking for a full-time Salesforce Marketing Cloud Manager to join the Marketing and Communications team based out of Tampa, FL. The Salesforce Marketing Cloud Manager will work closely with the Chief Marketing Officer and Digital Marketing Director to provide strategic guidance and implementation expertise for a growing Salesforce suite.

 

This position is classified as a hybrid remote position. Hybrid remote positions will occasionally need to attend onsite meetings and training, or participate in on-location event support.

 

Key initiatives included: establish workflow processes and procedures, build omni-channel customer journeys, development of reporting templates, analyze campaign performance and leverage automation to improve efficiency. This position will provide support and oversight for each hospital marketing and communication team to support the execution of campaigns, monitor engagement and establish best practices within Salesforce Marketing Cloud. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, strategic thinking and acute technical abilities.

Responsibilities

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Platform specialist for SFMC to guide strategy and implementation for an enterprise wide, multi-business unit configuration. - 20%
  • Establish best practices and processes, including support, email template development, journey planning and development, campaign management, brand standardization and technical execution. - 20%
  • Trouble shoot and solve for complex problems, including investigation, analysis, testing, and deployment. - 10%
  • Analyze and report on key performance indicators for campaigns including report automation. - 10%
  • Assist in the migration of content and copy into email templates for deployment. - 10%
  • Work with Salesforce CRM administrator and development engineers to maintain quality checks on the database, access permissions and analytic configurations, including integrations via JSON, API, and SOAP. - 10%
  • Develop scope requirements and make best practice recommendations for new features, marketing automation and advanced email journeys - 5%
  • Ensure compliance of data management adhering to GDPR, CAN-SPAM, CASL, HIPAA and internal policies. - 3%
  • Develop a process to monitor and manage user preferences, opt-outs/opt-in and audience management. - 2%
  • Develop and document technical training for the marketing teams. - 3%
  • Support digital marketing team with various projects as assigned. - 2%

Qualifications

THE QUALIFIED CANDIDATE WILL HAVE EXPERIENCE IN THE FOLLOWING AREAS:

  • 2 years of Salesforce Marketing Cloud/Exact Target experience required
  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud Administrator, Consultant or Developer Certification is a plus.

MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIRED/PREFERRED:

  • Bachelor’s Degree required (Digital Marketing, Marketing and Communications, Information Technology Management

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:

  • Experience in all facets of Salesforce Marketing Cloud. (Journey Builder, Email Studio, Content Builder, Dataroma and Digital Advertising.)
  • Understanding of Salesforce CRM configurations to ensure SFMC and SFCRM data can sync.
  • Advanced ability with responsive HTML and CSS
  • Understanding and experience with SQL and Java Script are a bonus.
  • Experience with AMP programmatic scripting languages.
  • Intermediate understanding of Google Analytics
  • Experience with Datorama data integration and data visualization is a bonus.
